Every call, routed in milliseconds
The switch sits between your customers and your vendors as a SIP back-to-back user agent (B2BUA), so each leg is controlled, rated and recorded.
1 · Authenticate
The call is matched to a customer by source IP and tech prefix (longest-prefix match).
2 · Rate
The customer's tariff gives the sell price for the dialled destination; calls without a rate are refused.
3 · Route
Vendors in the routing group are ordered by cost and priority. If one fails, the next is tried.
4 · Bill
On hang-up the CDR is written with buy, sell and margin, and balances update instantly.

Common questions
What is a Class-4 switch?
A Class-4 (transit) switch moves calls between carriers: it receives wholesale SIP traffic from customers and sends it to termination vendors, choosing the route and billing both sides. It doesn't host end-user phones — that's a Class-5 switch.
How do my customers connect?
Over SIP to the switch's public address. Each customer is authenticated by its public IP and a tech prefix in front of the dialled number. Your login shows the exact address and prefix to give them.
What happens when the demo ends?
After 7 days calls stop but you can still log in and press Upgrade. If you don't upgrade, the demo is deleted three days later. You can upgrade any time during the demo and keep everything you've configured.
Can I get a dedicated IP or my own server?
Yes. Dedicated IP puts your traffic on its own public IP on our managed switch; Own server gives you a private server, database and IP. Choose either from the Upgrade button, or contact sales.
Who runs the servers?
We do. Your switch is managed, monitored and backed up by our team on every plan.
