How a message flows

Submit, route, deliver, report

Submits and delivery reports are handled independently, so a slow vendor never holds up your customers' traffic.

1 · Accept

Customers bind over SMPP 3.4 or call the HTTP API. Each account has its own credentials, IP rules and speed.

2 · Screen & rate

The number is checked against filters, the customer's rate is found and segments are counted (GSM-7 or Unicode).

3 · Route

Vendors with a rate for the destination are tried in order of cost and priority — with hold & retry on failure.

4 · Report

The vendor's DLR is matched to the original message and forwarded to the customer; the CDR is closed.

Features

Built for wholesale messaging traffic

SMPP server & client

SMPP 3.4 for customers and vendors, multiple binds per account, plus a simple HTTP send API.

Rate-based routing

Route groups with priorities; vendors without a rate for a destination are skipped automatically.

DLR tracking

Delivery reports matched to every message and passed back to your customers, with timeout handling.

Number screening

Filter destination numbers and block unwanted traffic before it ever reaches a vendor.

Message modifiers

Per-vendor sender-ID and content rules, Unicode-safe, applied as each message is routed.

Hold & retry

When a vendor fails, messages are held and retried on the next route instead of being lost.

Segment billing

Bill per message or per segment, per vendor — with correct GSM-7 and UCS-2 segment counting.

Live status & stats

Throughput, delivery rate and DLR time live, plus statistics by customer, vendor and country.

CDRs, invoices & alerts

Full message records, tariffs and invoices, an SMPP logger for troubleshooting, and alerts when routes degrade.

FAQ

Common questions

How do my customers connect?

Over SMPP 3.4 (transmitter, receiver or transceiver binds) using the system ID and password you create for them, or through the HTTP send API. IP rules can restrict where each account may bind from.

Do you support Unicode and long messages?

Yes. GSM-7 and UCS-2 (Unicode) are both supported, long messages are split into segments, and you can choose per vendor whether to bill per message or per segment.

How are delivery reports handled?

Every vendor DLR is matched back to the original message and delivered to the customer's receiver bind. If a vendor never sends one, the message is closed with a timeout status so your CDRs stay complete.

What happens when the demo ends?

After 7 days sending stops, but you can still log in and upgrade. If you don't, the demo is deleted three days later.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes — that's the point. Add your own SMPP vendor accounts and set your own buy and sell rates.
